Adult gymnastics allows beginners through to retired athletes and performers a chance to get in the gym and keep fit and active while learning new skills from basics, such as rolls through to the more adventurous skills! Or maybe you just want a bit of gymnastics strengthening and conditioning, there is plenty of opportunity for variety to have great fun and enjoy your time at our gym. The gymnastics pit and trampolines will be available to enjoy as well. A signed wavier will need to be signed before participating. At this time, this class is not offered. Please contact the office for more information.
We encourage everyone to stay fit and have the opportunity to do what they love from basics to more advance skills or strengthening and conditioning. The girls and boys equipment as well as the trampoline and foam pit are available to use.
